We're working in collaboration with the BMC Skimo Steering Group in an attempt to increase the participation numbers in the sport and one idea was for us to host a Vertical Segment page on our website.
We've included a few classic segments for inspiration with the idea that you can hold your personal virtual race during the day. Just send us a .gpx with your time, and we'll happily record.
Remember, it's not fell running, so all we ask is that there is at least 80% snow cover. We're realistic, and are aware that the snow gets blown off the high plateaus at an alarming rate.
